Peace is your birthright. That which you are in your essence. Mind is that which obscures it. Just as clouds cover the Sky.

In our daily lives, we often struggle with a flood of thoughts, overstimulation, and a constant striving for what seems beyond our reach. The internal pressure to perform, achieve, and conform wears us down and distances us from experiencing who we truly are.

  • How to take a break from the rush of thoughts and find a space within yourself free from judgment?
  • How do we stop and discover the peace that is always present?
  • How to stop chasing something unnamed and be fully in the moment?

Direct path meditation is not about techniques or the gradual achievement of peace. It is the recognition of what is always there – pure presence, free from effort and judgment. It does not require practice, but invites you to rest in what is now – without change, without expectation. It is a return to one's natural essence, which is always at peace, regardless of external circumstances.

During the webinar, Nitya will talk about how to deal with the rush of thoughts and recognize the space that is free from judgments and expectations. You will learn how to calm down and regenerate deeply, discovering peace within yourself that does not depend on anything external.

Meet us at the Retreats

Do you feel like you need some more rest and relaxation? Join one of the retreats with Satsang and meditation at its heart. Check if there is a place within you that is free from everything.

What is a Retreat?

Seclusion, refuge, quiet, rest. Safe space. During our a retreat, you distance yourself from habitual actions and excessive stimuli. You return to inner peace. You touch what is eternal and alive in you. You look within. There is nothing to do. Relief.

Retreat does not mean isolation from other people. Retreat means rest from the concept of self. In living presence, illusions dissolve. We stand naked, in total freedom, and in this way we isolate ourselves.

During the retreat, it is recommended to remain silent. Those who wish can give up their phones and treat this time as a digital detox.
