Take a Pause
Wednesday, September 17, 7:00 p.m.
Effort means you have not understood, therefore you make an effort. Stop moving and the water will become calm.
In our daily lives, we often experience a flood of thoughts, constant analysis, and a desire to control reality. The rush of life, constant activity, and internal tensions cause us to drift away from the simplicity of the present moment.
What if you just paused for a moment?
- How do we take a break from constant processing and return to simple being?
- How can we take a pause and discover a peace that is not dependent on external conditions?
- Jak doświadczyć chwili takiej, jaka jest – bez walki, bez poprawiania?

Meet us at the Retreats
What is a Retreat?
Seclusion, refuge, quiet, rest. Safe space. During our a retreat, you distance yourself from habitual actions and excessive stimuli. You return to inner peace. You touch what is eternal and alive in you. You look within. There is nothing to do. Relief.
Retreat does not mean isolation from other people. Retreat means rest from the concept of self. In living presence, illusions dissolve. We stand naked, in total freedom, and in this way we isolate ourselves.
During the retreat, it is recommended to remain silent. Those who wish can give up their phones and treat this time as a digital detox.
