Relationships and sexual energy

In interpersonal relationships, we often encounter strong emotions and desires, especially those related to sexual energy. Many people wonder how to deal with these feelings and where to look for true fulfillment. Nitya points out that our culture often feeds us the illusion that happiness can only be found in one, unique person. Beliefs about the "other half" or love at first sight can be a trap of the mind, which looks for an external reason for the internal need for closeness.

Meditation: The Path to Silence Beyond Desire

Nitya says that working with emotions and desires, such as lust, is not about suppressing them, but about discovering what lies beneath them. In meditation and Satsang we can look at these feelings, allowing them to simply be, without attaching to them. Often, what seems like pleasure or excitement is just a momentary state. Working deeper with these experiences leads us to the inner silence that is within each of us.

Peace is deeper than pleasure

Beneath all emotions, even the most intense ones, lies peace. Nitya emphasizes that we don’t have to run away from what arises, but we don’t have to chase it either. This inner peace doesn’t depend on external circumstances or whether we are in a relationship or alone. It is a space where everything flows naturally – pleasure, joy, but also more difficult experiences. All these feelings are part of life, but it is in silence that we find true freedom.

Sexual energy is part of our life force

After all, all of this creation comes from love.
Everything in this world comes from love.

There is nothing wrong with it when we open ourselves to it with mindfulness. The moment we try to attribute a specific object or cause to it, we can get lost in desires. Nitya encourages us to discover what lies beneath these feelings – to experience being fully present in our body and mind, without the need for control.

In this way, the energy we feel can become another step in discovering our true nature – the one that is not dependent on external conditions.

Watching the entire video is an invitation to discover how sexual energy can lead to a deeper experience of self and find peace in everyday life.

We are all One

When we look at the world, we naturally see divisions – “me” and “others,” “my life” and “the life of the world.” It seems obvious that each of us is a separate being, locked in our own body and our own history. But is this really true? Is it just the way we have learned to perceive reality?
