Satsangs and retreats are a beautiful gift you can give yourself or your loved ones. They are a time to step outside your mind, recognize inner silence, and free yourself from stress and everyday worries.
Our meetings are divided into city satsangs, which typically last two days, and week-long meditation retreats. Weekend meetings are divided into four blocks of approximately 1.5 hours each – direct meditation, and a Q&A section where we can ask questions, address doubts, or reflect on the experiences of others.
Retreats typically last 5-7 days. It's a time of deep immersion—away from everyday stimuli, surrounded by nature. We meet for daily satsangs, shared meditations, workshops, and nondual yoga practice. It's a space that allows for true rest—both body and mind. For many, this experience becomes a turning point in their lives, a pause that changes how they view themselves and the world.
During all our meetings, we distance ourselves from our thoughts and verify our current beliefs, which makes us experience more freedom, space in our heads and lightness in our hearts.
