Nitya Patrycja Pruchnik is a modern meditation teacher and author of books and lectures on awakening. Since 2013, she has been sharing her non-dual message with people around the world. She points to the happiness and peace that are always available, independent of circumstances, and at the same time same for all people. During the meeting, through meditation and conversation, she shows how to discover freedom, lightness and joy within yourself and end the mental suffering that affects so many people. Each of us has this potential, we just need to direct our attention in the right direction. 

Nonduality

It is a perspective that points to reality before words. Presence for all phenomena expressing themselves. It shows that our life is a manifestation of consciousness. There is no separation. Nonduality is the end of the search and the end of all stories. This perspective is universal and can be the answer to all your questions because it points to a place within you that is always still and free. Nonduality is not a religion, science, or philosophy. It is a reality that can be discovered through insight. Teachers of nonduality point to it, but the seeker must recognize the truth for themselves.

Spotkanie z niedualnością to możliwość dostrzeżenia, że nie jesteśmy swoimi myślami; zrozumienia, że  nie musimy walczyć z rzeczywistością; zobaczenia, że jest w nas przestrzeń wolna od wszystkiego. Doświadczenie tego pozwala nam odnaleźć prawdziwy spokój, przestać traktować życie tak poważnie, odkryć w sobie lekkość i naturalny potencjał. Kiedy zrozumiemy czym jest nasz Stan Naturalny zaczniemy wieść życie wolne od oceny i analizy; poddamy się rzeczywistości takiej, jaka jest; odnajdziemy prostotę bycia, odkryjemy spokój i wolność w nas. 

I invite you to look in this direction, where through full presence you experience relief and peace regardless of the outside world. 

What do the meetings look like?

Both days are divided into two blocks: meditation and Satsang (from Sanskrit “communion with truth”). 

During meditation, we dive into Ourselves. Nitya directs us to experience the non-dual reality ourselves through insight. During Satsang there is time for questions, thanks to which you can deepen your experience, dispel any doubts or get support in issues that are troubling you. 

We invite you to a weekend full of contemplation, presence and truth.

Schedule

Saturday:

• 14.00 – otwarcie drzwi
• 14.30 – blok 1
• 17.30 – blok 2
• 19.00 – zakończenie

Sunday:

• 09.00 – otwarcie drzwi
• 09.30 – blok 3
• 12.00 – blok 4
• 14.00 – zakończenie

W trakcie obu dni przewidziana przerwa na obiad (we własnym zakresie).

Satsang

Satsang is a meeting aimed at directing our attention towards inner truth. It is a space in which questions relate to ourselves, to discover who we really are beyond everyday identifications and beliefs. During Satsang, we do not seek answers to intellectual questions or try to understand the world of phenomena. Instead, we direct our attention to what is the basis of all experiences - the awareness that invariably persists in each of us.

The number of places in Satsang is limited. To reserve a place, you must pay the entire amount. Reservation of a place will be determined by the order in which payments are made.
