Satsang and Meditation in Gothenburg

September 5-6, 2026

September 5-6, 2026

Hovås, Gothenburg, Sweden

“In the silence that needs no words,
and in the space that has no boundaries.”

We invite you to a weekend meeting with Nitya, September 5-6, 2026 in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Nitya

Nitya Patrycja Pruchnik is a meditation teacher and author who has been sharing the message of non-duality for over a decade. Her meetings are an invitation to recognize what is unchanging within us - beyond our story, emotions, and what seems to be “me”.

This meeting is not about gaining something new, but about recognizing what is already here.

Nonduality

Non-duality points to the space of presence that exists before thinking and interpretation. In this recognition, a natural peace, simplicity, and relief can arise.

In everyday life, we often believe that our thoughts, emotions, and what is currently happening in our lives define who we are. Non-duality invites us to look and see whether this belief is the fundamental truth about us.

It is not a philosophy or a belief system. It is a direct recognition of the unchanging space in which all experiences appear.

What can you experience?

• a pause and rest from the rush of everyday life
• a release of tension and inner pressure
• more distance from the stream of thoughts and emotions
• contact with yourself without the need to pretend anything
• stillness in a place close to nature and the sea
• returning to everyday life with more ease and presence

It is a weekend of immersion in presence through Satsang, meditation, and yoga.

In meditation, we direct attention to the place where we do not need to achieve anything. It is not about silencing the mind or reaching a special state. It is about seeing what is already calm, present, and available beneath the surface of thoughts.

During Satsang, there is space for questions and sharing your experience. You can ask about what truly moves you - your doubts, tensions, fears, or everyday situations. Together, we look at what is true beneath the layer of stories and interpretations.

Yoga is a gentle form of movement, suitable for everyone - whether or not you have practiced before. It is a soft beginning to the day and an invitation to return to the body.

WHAT IS SATSANG?

Satsang is a meeting that directs attention toward what is true and unchanging within us.

It is not a lecture or an intellectual discussion, but a living meeting where you can ask a question, share what touches you, or simply be in silence and presence.

In Satsang, we recognize who we are beyond thoughts, emotions, and the story we have about ourselves. It is a very simple meeting, and often it is this simplicity that brings the greatest relief.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Direct meditation is not about controlling thoughts or reaching a special state.

It is a gentle turning of attention toward the place within us that is already peaceful. Toward the presence that does not depend on what appears in the mind, body, or emotions.

It is enough to allow yourself a moment of stillness.

This meeting is for you if:

  • you feel the need to slow down
  • you are tired of constant rush and tension
  • you want to rest from the excess of thoughts
  • you are looking for a space where you do not need to prove anything
  • you are interested in meditation, but do not want another technique to master
  • you long for a deeper contact with yourself
  • you would like to meet people who feel something similar

This meeting is open to everyone - regardless of experience.

All that is needed is a willingness to pause for a moment and see what remains when you stop following the mind.

Peace is your natural birthright.
It is what you truly are.
The mind is what veils it —
just as clouds cover
the Sky.
